JOB TITLE: 1st Class PREPARER
JOB MISSION: To plan, prepare, and optimize turning centers for the production by machining of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, based on the instructions, associated technical documentation, and processes marked by the OT, ensuring product quality and controlled management of resources, safety at work, and conservation of the environment.
WORKPLACE LOCATION: Seville
REQUIRED EDUCATION: FP II Machine Tools or Higher Technician in Production by Machining.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
– Skill in the handling and programming at the machine and preparation of turning centers with 2 heads, 2 turrets, and 2 channels
– Skill in the handling and programming at the machine and preparation of CNC lathes with 1 head.
– Programming in ISO language: different programming letters, gauging tools without Presocket, tool offsets, offsets, plane changes and rotations, cutting speeds, feed, work planes, preparatory functions, auxiliary functions,…
– Knowledge and handling of FANUC controls (Series 18i-T, FSeries 18i-TB, 31i-ModelA) and NT Smart X.
– Skill in the handling of conventional workshop measuring devices (caliper, micrometer, surface gauge, dial gauge, P-NP calipers, thread calipers, gauges,…).
– Advanced knowledge of threading processes (with a knife point, with a tap, by rolling,…) and the different types of threads.
– Knowledge of cutting conditions.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
– Handling of conventional workshop machinery: parallel lathe, universal milling machine, bending machine, press,…
– Knowledge and handling of sliding head lathes.
– Handling of multi-spindle cam lathes.
– Knowledge of programming with FANUC Manual Guide.
– Knowledge and handling of laboratory metrology devices: Durometer, profile projector, roughness meter, thickness meter,…
– Basic Maintenance of Machine Tools.

– Preparation, tool change, correctors, and machine set-up.
– Optimization of machining processes.

JOB TITLE: Business Development in International Trade
JOB MISSION: Consolidation and business development in international markets
WORKPLACE LOCATION: Seville
SALARY: €30,000-€40,000
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Higher degree in International Trade, university education, preferably technical level, engineering, marketing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 3 years of experience in international market development
-Advanced user in computer systems and Excel
-Fluent conversational English, knowledge of French will be valued
-Availability to travel
-Experience in the marketing of products related to the industrial sector, as well as in technical support and after-sales service.
-Knowledge of foreign markets (Europe and Asia).
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
-Design and implementation of the internationalization plan.
-Will lead and coordinate commercial actions in the short, medium, and long term with the aim of contributing a greater volume to international business.
-Develop a commercial plan and expansion of the company's products in current and potential markets, complying with the company's strategic objectives.
-Will analyze all the information collected in the CRM to create actions focused on attracting customers and improving the company's branding.
-Travel to markets to close commercial agreements as well as attend meetings and trade fairs.
-Work effectively as a team with the Operations and Purchasing departments.
