Grupo BOSADO works with the main manufacturers in the aeronautical sector and provides service to the entire auxiliary industry that comprises it, supplying and developing hydraulic, pneumatic and special assemblies for gases. We contribute our engineering and knowledge in the manufacture of equipment and test and maintenance benches. As manufacturers of machining, we have the capacity to design and manufacture connections, adapters, tools and any type of hydraulic and pneumatic assembly. We have developed a line of vacuum products related to Autoclave with distribution in the main manufacturers of Composites.
We have a wide catalog of hydraulic and industrial hoses for the transfer of beverages, with and without alcohol, as well as for the collection of milk, foods containing fat or solid food, with excellent resistance to mechanical forces and the elements. On the other hand, we have hoses for the cleaning requirements of dairies, food industries and slaughterhouses. We also have food suction and delivery hoses for filling and emptying silos or for pumping fish. Grupo BOSADO, in accordance with European regulations, carries out the machining of all the parts involved in the production process of the agri-food industry in 316L stainless steel, due to its low sulfur content.
We manufacture parts and components belonging to the naval sector in special steels, such as duplex and super duplex. These materials withstand special water temperature conditions. In addition, we manufacture and supply, with extensive and consolidated experience, flexible PTFE pipes that can withstand temperatures from -60º to +260ºC, and are of low permeability.
We have a wide catalog of hydraulic and industrial hoses for chemical products, with a black and conductive UPE layer. Suitable for the transport of acids, alkaline solutions, salts, organic compounds (alcohols, esters, ketones, etc.) including aromatic compounds, chlorinated hydrocarbons and oxidizing acids according to chemical resistance tables. We have hoses for "premium" chemical products with an inner Teflon tube, suitable for the transport of practically all chemical products. We also manufacture and supply, with extensive and consolidated experience, flexible PTFE pipes with high chemical and solvent resistance.
We distribute suction and delivery hoses for the hydraulic transport of abrasive materials such as plaster, ash, dolomite, minerals, feldspar, glass scrap, industrial waste, coal, metallic dust, etc.
