TECNO - CHEMISTRIES Hoses, that will dimension the company in a increased qualitative capacity, being specialised in the manufacture of Assemblies of Hoses and Fittings for all those applications, requiring some special utilisation parameters.
For attending all those future and present needs of the market, it counts with a professional equipment, very qualified in the different areas of the company, of 60 employees and a built surface of more than of 4.000 m2.
The hoses that are stored and supplied, so in rubber, corrugated Teflon, stainless steel,
etc. .., come from the principal world manufacturers. They are manufactured according to the most updated Norms S.A.E. and D.I.N. and with manufacture processes, homologateed with the Quality-systems ISO 9001 and 9002.
The fittings that we manufacture in modern C.N.C.-machines, fulfil a rigorous quality control in adjustment to the Norms ISO 9002, and they include a range of more of than 1.400 types and sizes, according to the international systems S.A.E., J.I.C., B.S.P. and D.I.N. These fittings can be manufactured in steel, brass, stainless steel, etc. ... . "BOSADO" is today, possibly, the most important national the manufacturer and storehouse.
To guarantee the correct mounting of the manufactured flexible assemblies, we dispose of swaging machines, with the needed capacity and technical qualification, of the welding equipment, TIG homologateed and, of test banks for static and dynamic pressure verifications.
